Ants - Multiplayer online (hereinafter "the Application") is a card game developed by sunamo (Radek Jancik, radek.jancik@sunamo.cz), available as a Windows desktop application and as a browser game.

This page informs visitors about our policy regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information for anyone who uses the Application.

1. Data collection

Local (single-device) play does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data. Game settings and preferences are stored locally on your device and never leave your computer.

2. Online multiplayer

The optional online multiplayer feature connects to our own server (cats.sunamo.cz) over HTTPS/WebSocket. No account is required — you only choose an optional nickname (max. 20 characters), which is visible to your opponent. The server stores unfinished online games (so you can continue later from any device), a history of your last games and win/loss statistics, tied to a random device token generated locally — not to your real identity. Rooms with no activity for 24 hours are automatically deleted.

3. Network access

Besides online multiplayer traffic to cats.sunamo.cz, the Application does not transmit any other data over the network. No data is sold or shared with third parties.

4. Cookies and tracking

The Application itself (the game) does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. This promotional website (ants.sunamo.cz) uses cookies for analytics only after you give consent in the cookie banner — see our Cookie Policy.

5. Security

We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children's privacy

The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
