Terms of Service

By using Ants - Multiplayer online, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the application

The Application is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the Application.

2. Online multiplayer conduct

Online rooms and nicknames are meant for friendly play. We may remove abusive nicknames or content without notice. Unfinished online games and rooms without activity for 24 hours are automatically deleted from our server.

3. Availability

The online multiplayer feature depends on our server (cats.sunamo.cz) being available. Local (single-device) play always works fully offline, independent of server availability.

4. Limitation of liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Application, including loss of unfinished online games due to server maintenance or issues.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
